Adam and Jacob show how to make the 4 round snipers clip. The purpose of the 4 round clip is to limit ammo and to potentially deceive your opponent into thinking that you are out of ammo.
You will need:
CS clip to mod,
Got glue + gun,
Tape,
Hacksaw,
Utility scissors (pliers handles),
Filer/Sander,
Patience

You should make a recon barrel silencer attachment by drilling holes in a recon barrel.
This is impossible.
I’m done with separating the clip and am ready for the hacksaw.
